Group Reformer Classes

This is the class that started it all. A full 50-minute reformer session in a small group setting where every person gets hands-on attention from the instructor. The reformer adds variable resistance to every movement, which means you're building real, functional strength — not just going through the motions. Whether you're working on core stability after an injury, trying to fix years of desk posture, or looking for something that challenges you differently than the gym, this is where you start.

Mat Pilates

Strip away the machines and get back to the fundamentals. Mat Pilates is where Joseph Pilates originally started, and there's a reason it's stood the test of time. Using nothing but your own bodyweight and gravity, these 50-minute sessions target your deep stabilizers, fire up your core from angles you didn't know existed, and build the kind of body control that carries over into everything else you do. No equipment, no gimmicks — just precise movement, expert instruction, and results you can feel within the first few sessions.
